I was taken in at short notice on Saturday as a new patient, and a grain of sand in my eyelid was removed quickly and without any fuss. Everyone was very kind, and I think the longer waiting time on a Saturday without an appointment is perfectly reasonable.

I have received excellent specialist care from Dr F. Scholz for many years. She works with great competence and professionalism. In the context of a planned eye operation, she gives her patients confidence through her outstanding expertise and surgical experience, explaining possible innovative surgical techniques and the latest generations of intraocular lenses.

I really can’t understand the negative reviews. I have seen Dr Bendschneider (twice for myself) and also Dr Scholz (for my daughter). I’ve always had very good experiences – they were always kind and took their time. The staff at reception were also very friendly. I’m not saying the negative reviews are wrong, but…

I’ve been a patient at Eyemed for years and have always been very satisfied. Friendly, kind and competent. A few weeks ago, Dr. Bendschneider operated on both of my eyes for cataracts. Although my left eye was very complicated to operate on, the surgery went smoothly without any complications – not even a single haemorrhage in the eye. I was truly impressed by the perfectly coordinated surgical team and the whole process.

I was naturally looking forward to the operation on my second eye and could hardly wait. That one also went perfectly. A big thank you to the anaesthetist and everyone involved in the surgery. I am more than happy with the result.

Dr. Bendschneider, thank you so much for giving me back my eyesight – I now wear my aspheric lenses with a bit of pride. The negative reviews are, in my opinion, completely unfounded!
